The competitiveness of Swiss tax legislation makes a significant contribution to the attractiveness of Switzerland's business environment, generating value, jobs and tax revenues. The TP17 / TRAF reform, together with new special tax rules to support investment in research and development, was proposed to address the abolition of the rules for companies with a special Cantonal statute. Effective assessment of the effects on companies operating in Switzerland, on the one hand, and on tax revenues, on the other, is therefore crucial to the proper implementation of these reforms.
The Center for Federalism (CF) at the Institute of Economics (IdEP, USI Faculty of Economics) organises a conference on these topics with the following program:
